Questions
Once an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation onscreen and a follow up email confirmation via your login email. An secondary email notification will be issued, containing your tax invoice for future reference.
Local delivery – Free delivery will be given for orders above $100.
There will be a delivery fee of $25 for orders under $100.
International delivery – We will contact you after your order has been placed regarding the additional shipping fee.
We do not provide weekend delivery.
If you require any special delivery, urgent requests, or self-collection, feel free to reach out to us via the live chat button or call us at our hotline (+65 6262 5252). Special request will be reviewed on case-by-case basis. Please note that additional charges may apply.
Please note that self-collection will only be valid upon LSH Industrial Solution’s confirmation. You will be notified once your order is ready for self-collection.
For same day delivery, there will be a $25 delivery charge regardless of the order amount.

Standard delivery will take around 2-3 working days, your parcel will be delivered between 9:00am to 5:00 pm.
A tracking code will be sent via email after payment has been processed and once the items are ready to ship.

Listed prices exclude Goods Service Tax (GST) and delivery charges. Final pricing will be calculated with GST and shipping cost when you checkout.

Yes, you can purchase your safety equipment at our office, strictly appointment basis only.
